The agitation will be intensified if any action of any kind is taken by the government/management. In the first phase, every employee, officer and electricity worker will give mass arrest. Despite this, if the problem is not resolved then arrests will be given along with our families. Information about the proceedings should reach all office bearers through all groups and social media.

The information sent in the groups must be sent to the Collector and Superintendent of Police of all the districts by 5 October 2023.

All Superintending Engineers/Executive Engineers should be in constant touch with the district team and the district team should be in touch with the core team. This communication will continue until the agitation ends.

WhatsApp groups should be created at the local level. Information about any situation should be shared in all groups such as photos, news bites, newspaper cuttings, etc.

All workers should be careful about rumours and consider only the information given by the main office bearers of the union as authentic.
