Call by All India Loco Running Staff Association (AILRSA), South Zone
Dear CWC members, General Secretaries and Zonal Presidents,
All of you are aware about serious trade union action programme continuing in Southern Railway. As a result of the ongoing agitation, our demands which were denied for a long time have come up discussion everywhere. Our demands got support from all corners. We have approached many MPs, seeking support to our movements and also raised our issues at appropriate level which was assured by many MPs. Now the Railway administration is under immense pressure.
On the other side, Southern Railway administration making all efforts to weaken our movement by way of issuing charge sheet, suspension and transfer orders but our comrades are boldly continuing availing of rights withstanding all such penal actions.
Against the ill motive of Southern Railway administration to penalise our comrades, AILRSA South Zone committee decided to hold massive demonstration before all the DRM offices of South Zone on 27/06/24.
On behalf of South Zone, I request all Zonal committees to hold befitting action programmes in support of our agitation so as to pressurise Southern Railway administration to do away from such kind of anti-worker attitude.
