Amid massive demonstrations and protest by UP Power Employees, UP Power Corporation Management, adopting totally illegal process, today opened the technical bid for appointing transaction consultants for privatization of Purvanchal and Dakshinchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam.
*The three companies which have submitted technical bid, all three companies are under the purview of Conflict of Interest.
It is a very serious matter & it seems that there is going to be a mega scam regarding privatization in Uttar Pradesh.
Vidyut Karmchari Sanyukt Sangharsh Samiti, UP has threatened to accelerate agitation and has appealed all power employees to be in alert mode for any call.
