Greetings from the All India Bank Officers’ Confederation (AIBOC).
We acknowledge and appreciate your invitation to join the All India Forum Against Privatisation (AIFAP) and commend the Forum’s consistent and united efforts to resist the privatisation of public sector undertakings across various sectors.
The agenda and activities of AIFAP align closely with AIBOC’s long-standing commitment to safeguard public sector institutions, protect workers’ rights, and oppose policies that undermine the role of public ownership in national development.
Accordingly, AIBOC affirms its participation in AIFAP and extends solidarity to this united struggle. We believe that collective action cutting across sectors and organisational affiliations is critical to defending the public sector from the threats of privatisation, contractualisation, and corporatisation.
