Report of Kamgar Ekta Committee (KEC) correspondent
The All Haryana Power Corporation Workers Union, affiliated to Electricity Employees Federation of India (EEFI) held its state level convention at Rohtak on 5 November. The convention discussed mainly about Electricity (Amendment) bill 2025, impact of smart meters and privatization policies of the government. It also deliberated on the condition of electricity employees currently.
The convention was addressed by EEFI General Secretary Sudeep Dutta, National Vice President of Kisan Union Indrajit Singh, State Head of All Employees Union Dharmabir Phogat, Head of All India State Government Employees Federation Subhash Lamba, State Chairman of All Haryana Power Corporation Workers Union Devendra Hooda.
