Massive Demonstrations were held on 24th December 2025 in all the districts of UP against power sector privatisation of two UP DISCOMS, Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2025 and SHANTI Bill.
At Lucknow hundreds of farmers, trade union comrades and power employees held demonstration at the office of Additional Labour Commissioner.
A memorandum addressed to the PM & UP CM was handed over by Er. Shailendra Dubey to Additional Labour Commissioner.
