Message from Shri Shailendra Dubey, Chairman, All India Power Engineers Federation (AIPEF)
NCCOEEE CALLS FOR NATION WIDE STRIKE/WORK BOYCOTT ON 23 & 24 FEBRUARY
NCCOEEE online meeting held today was presided by Er Shailendra Dubey Chairman AIPEF. Er Padamjit Singh, Er P Rathnakar Rao, Er K Ashok Rao from AIPEF, Er R K Trivedi, Er Abhimanyu Dhankad from AIFOPDE, K O Habib, Prashant N Chaudhary, Subhash Lamba from EEFI, Krushna Bhoyur from AIFEE & Samar Sinha from AIPF mainly participated in Google meet.
Following decisions were taken:
1. All Power Employees & Engineers will stage demonstrations across the country on 01 Feb in support of UT Power Employees Strike at Chandigarh and Puducheri on 01 Feb.
2. President or Secretary General of every constituent of NCCOEEE will reach Chandigarh on 01 Feb to address UT Power Employees Strike Rally and to submit memorandum to Governor/UT Administration.
3. Power Employees & Engineers across the country will resort to two days Strike/Work Boycott on 23 & 24 February against privatization policies of Central Govt. Demand includes old pension scheme for all power employees.
State chapters of Five States UP, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa & Manipur where model code of conduct is continuing due to State Assembly elections, will decide to participate in above action programmes as per the permission of election commission & conditions prevailing.
