The Station Masters Association in its Central Council Meeting held at Delhi on 30th and 31st March 2022, has decided to issue STRIKE Notice for our 5 Point demands. This for your information and publication through your esteem news agency for the public information to plan their travel accordingly on 31st May 2022. Any further updates will be informed to your office promptly.
PRESS NOTE
On 28th March 2022, Mr.Musafair Singh Station Master at Ghatnandur of VKB-PRLI section of Secunderabad Division suffered chest pain and expired and no one to assist him, because of the mandatory Points-man who was to be on duty as per SW Rules , not provided by the Railway Administration due to vacancies.
The Central Council Meeting held at Delhi on 30,31 of March 2022, discussed this issue in detail. The issue of filling up of vacancies was insisted with the administration and Minister of Railways very many times and the Government has not made any swift action. Even after 4 years the RRB recruitment was still in cold storage. Hence after the detailed deliberation decided to issue STRIKE NOTICE on this issue along with other 4 more burning issues of Station Masters. On 31st May 2022, All the Station Masters and the Inspectors will abstain from duty, ONE DAY LEAVE on 31st May 2022.
The Five Demands upon which this Association will issue Strike Notice to Union of India, through Chief Labour Commissioner for their STRIKE on 31.05.2022.

- Restore NDA without any Ceiling Limit
- MACP is to be granted from 01/01/2016
- Cadre Restructuring with change of designation
- Safety/Stress Allowance
Any dislocation of Train Service and the hardship to the Travelling Public and movement of Fright, the sole responsible lies with the Railway management.
