A joint protest demonstration by All India Railway Loco Running Staff Association (AILRSA) and Dakshin Railway Employees Union (DREU) was held on 13th June 2022 at Erode station of Salem Division of Southern Railway against the inauguration of a private express train from Coimbatore (CBE) to Shirdi in Maharashtra, planned on 14th June 2022.
