‘Extreme Warning Day’ to be observed by rail workers on 8 September 2021
All India Railwaymen’s Federation has called upon workers of the Indian Railways to observe ‘Extreme Warning Day’ on 8 September 2021 against the plan of monetisation of railways announced by the government.
The government in this system holds no accountability towards the majority of toiling masses but only the few monopoly houses such as Tatas, Birlas, Ambani and Adani who are shamelessly looting people of this country day in – day out. Indian Railway is one of the largest public sector unit of our country with assets worth more than Rs.11 lakh crores! The government has no right to sell it off to private players. Together we need to fight and uproot this unjust system and replace it with a system which will ensure the rule of the majority working class.
We should stand in solidarity with the railway workers and oppose this anti-people approach of the government. Because an attack on one is an attack on all!
