AIFEE circular about NCCOEEE meeting decisions

As the government has planned to place the Electricity (Amendment) Bill in Lok Sabha on 10^th March, all the members of the National Coordination Committee of Electricity Employees and Engineers (NCCOEEE) unanimously decided that all power workers and engineers will start lightening action 10^th March by leaving the work place to register their strong protest against the Bill meant to privatise the power distribution sector.
