Letter by All India Railwaymen’s Federation to the Railway Board
After the reorganization of Railway Zone, the Waltair Division, which was earlier a part of the East Coast Railway, now forms part of the Raygada Division of South Coast Railway. Due to this transfer, overtime allowance of the eligible running staff for a period of ten months has not been paid, which has been estimated to about Rs 27 crore.
