Outsourced employees working in various departments of the Odisha government staged agitations on the streets of Bhubaneshwar on 31st July for a decisive battle on their various demands.
The Outsourcing Employees Federation had previously held a huge gathering. The state government has been trying to thwart the agitation.
But due to the fighting spirit of the various confederations affiliated to IFTU, the struggle of the united federation has been revived.
Outsourced health workers of Odisha had gathered outside the CM office at Bhubaneshwar for their demand of regularization. They had gathered despite the heavy downpour and planned to continue their agitation the following day. If their issues are not addressed, the workers will sit outside their hospitals from Wednesday 2nd August 2023 onwards.
