This company manufactures parts for auto companies like Tata Motors, Volvo, Escorts, and Eicher. The company exports 40% to 50% of its production to international markets like Europe. Big monopoly capitalist companies make motor parts through contract workers in contract companies, making them work like slaves to maximise profits.

Workers of Sadhu Overseas Company, located in Faridabad Sector-24, Haryana, protested at the gate of the company on 5 May, demanding an increase in wages.
The protesting workers said that they have been working in the company for the past several years. But even today, they are being paid a salary of just Rs 10,500 per month. While inflation is increasing day by day, they live in rented houses, their children study in schools, their daily expenses are increasing, they also work overtime, but their household expenses are not met. It has become very difficult for workers to run a family on such low wages.
The workers alleged that they had spoken to the contractor several times about a wage increase, but the contractor said that until the company raised wages, he could not increase them. When the workers were forced to begin protesting at the company gate, the management assured them of a wage increase, and only then did the workers return to work.
Sadhu Overseas Forging Company manufactures transmission gears, shafts, automotive components, engine connecting rods, ATV parts, and more. The company produces parts for Tata Motors, Volvo, Escorts, Eicher, and the railways. Around 40% to 50% of its production is exported to international markets such as Europe.
Tata Motors, Volvo, Escorts, and Eicher are large domestic and international monopoly capitalist companies that get motor parts manufactured through contract firms, hiring workers on a contractual basis. These contract workers are paid only Rs. 10,500 in wages and are not provided any social security. If Tata, Volvo, Escorts, and Eicher were to have these motor parts produced in their own plants, they would have to pay workers at least Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month in wages. These big monopoly capitalist companies exploit workers by hiring them on contract, making them work like slaves, and thereby maximize their profits.
