AIPEF asks the Prime Minister to withdraw the Electricity Amendment Bill 2021 and consult all affected people by following the Pre-Legislative Consultation Policy of the Government of India
The All India Power Engineers Federation (AIPEF) requests the Prime Minister to ensure that all the provisions of the Pre-Legislative Consultation Policy (PLCP) are followed before the introduction of the Electricity amendment Bill 2021 in the Parliament. In the true spirit of the democratic functioning, all the stakeholders must participate in the drawing up of the new legislative proposal.
