Demand of increasing rate of interest on deposit is a very good demand. This should be popularised amongst bank customers who deposit money in the banks.

Data given in the post shows that during just 3 years of NDA 2 regime, more than 5 lakh crore loans were written off ! Who are the beneficiaries ? Can AIBEA declare names of these beneficiaries, we can then give a call to punish them

All such defaulters are causing a major damage to economy of our country. But what happens to them ? If any of us, factory or office workers, managers or general managers commit small mistake, we are punished to the extent of losing our job. If we are dismissed in such manner it becomes very difficult to get a new job. And we are punished in such manner even if we have committed a mistake without malafide intention. But what happens to those on board of directors of such companies whose loans turn into bad loans ? And it is well known that most of these are not “innocent mistakes”. Shouldn’t such people be punished ? Shouldn’t they be deprived of any professional assignments , may be for their entire life ? Unless such people are punished will such criminal activity stop ? I think it is high time that bank workers and all citizens start raising such demands also.
