Less customer complaints for public sector banks than private banks – Who is better at customer service?

The Ombudsman Annual Report for the year 2021 gives comparison of Public Sector Banks as against Private sector banks in regard to customer complaints. There were more complaints against private banks in comparison to public sector banks in each of the quarters and increasing quarter after quarter.

Decide who is efficient or who is good at customer service?
