Sit-in demonstrations in front of all Divisional Offices (DRM) and offices of Chief Works Managers (CWM) of all workshops and protest marches took place in Howrah Division since the morning of 8 June to protest against the conspiracy to surrender 50% posts in non-safety category, to protest against privatisation of railway hospitals in the name of PPP Model, against outsourcing of jobs of perennial and above all against the administrative arrogance on that day.
