Due to the stubbornness of the management, the electricity employees are finally forced to start the agitation from today, March 15. On March 14, huge torch processions have been taken out in all the districts of the state, the capital Lucknow and projects, which have become another milestone in the history of the struggle.
Friends, the work boycott has started from 15th March i.e. today. In order to ensure that the power grid does not fail completely and the general public is not inconvenienced, the employees working in the shift of generation plants, transmission and SLDC have been excluded from work boycott. All other employees and outsourced/contract workers are involved in a complete boycott of work. We are ready to go on a 72-hour strike from 10 pm on March 16 in a peaceful manner with full solidarity.
The non-implementation of the agreement with the Energy Minister raises a question that will raise questions about the agreements in the future. In such a situation, the government and management should leave the stubborn attitude and ensure the compliance of the agreement. This is our appeal to the Hon’ble Chief Minister.
Our struggle is peaceful. Fearlessly, maintain your solidarity and make the programs of the agitation successful. During the agitation, if any employee is arrested anywhere in the state, then start an indefinite strike peacefully and the mass jail bharo movement will start.
