Com. Mohan Sharma, National General Secretary of All India Federation of Electricity Employees, addressed the newly appointed state executive meeting at the Tamil Nadu Electricity Workers Federation’s state convention at VGR Illam Chintadripet, Chennai.
He informed the newly appointed office bearers about the efforts of the current Narendra Modi centre government to implement anti-worker policies, change the 44 labour laws and pass the new Electricity Amendment Bill 2021. He also took stock of the 28–29 March strike in the power industry.
