Message by Shri Trilok Singh, Convennor, Joint Forum of Trade Unions and Associations (JFTU) of Public Sector General Insurance Companies (PSGICs), North Zone to its constituents

Dear Comrades,
As per the decision taken on 15.05.22 in the JFTU meeting and after assessing the present situation it was decided unanimously to further intensify the course of action and accordingly decided the series of action programme.
Thereby on 1st June 2022 Wednesday, half day Dharna (Ist Half) will be observed before the CMDs of Member Companies followed by lunch hour demonstrations in HO, RO and at all other centers throughout the country in coordination with all the constituents of JFTU to meet out our following demands:
- Immediate settlement of wage revision
- 1995 Pension Scheme for all
- 14% Management contribution of NPS as an interim measure
- Uniform Family Pension of 30% without any cap and
- Updation of Pension
Comrades today, the need of the hour is to strengthen united struggles in PSGICs and to develop joint consciousness amongst all sections of the employees to defend the industry, rights of the employees and to meet out our legitimate demands. We appeal to all the respective constituents to take tomorrow’s programme seriously and advise their members to participate in mass. In Delhi the Dharna will begin before CMDs Cabin at 10 am followed by lunch hour demonstration.
