Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW) workers held a dharna under the leadership of Chittaranjan Railwaymen’s Congress (NFIR, INTUC) on 3rd June against 50% post curtailment in non-safety categories in CLW and to demand long term project of manufacturing 9,000 and 12,000 horsepower electric locomotives to CLW, Chittaranjan and submitted memorandum to the management.
