The All India Bank Officers’ Association (AIBOA) extended Office bearers’ meeting was held at Ernakulam (Kerala) on the 05th & 6th of March 2022 to decide the course of action to save and secure the future of the younger generation who are faced with the stark reality of joblessness in the industry. It was decided to observe the strike on 28th& 29th Mar 2022 on bank officers’ issues and efforts are to be made to bring other officers’ organizations too to join the strike, for the betterment of the younger generations thereby ensuring security of jobs.
